The most hectic call ever!

I've just recovered from the whirlwind that was my first surgical call at Northdale. Calls are always challenging but having no senior cover was interesting. Before starting this year I felt totally under prepared to have the lives of patients hang on the decisions I make. Strangely last night was exhilarating as I took up this challenge, and if I say so myself, came through ok. It was chaos and I was frazzled but looking back it was great. Looking forward to tomorrow. Hope it goes as well.
